 In 2006, Lauren toured with the Eastern U.S. Tour of "Junie B. Jones", the award winning musical for young adults produced by Theatre Works USA, a company known for staging high quality, original theatre for children and young adults. Lauren was one of a cast of 6 performers playing multiple rolls.

 Lauren appeared as the server at Shooters, a fictitious bar in Queens where she is interviewed by detectives played by leads Dennis Farina and Jesse L. Martin.

 In April and May of 2005, Lauren appeared in the Gallery Players Brooklyn premiere of The Full Monty, the musical by David Yazbek and Terrence McNally that first played on Broadway 2000-02.
